Precast components:
In the area of shaped parts, we specialize in cast components weighing up to 50kg.
Depending on the intended use, hydraulic refractory concretes and sol-bound refractory compounds are also used with steel / stainless steel fiber additives.

Dry-pressed components:
We manufacture hydraulically pressed shaped parts with an edge length of up to 100mm on an Al2O3 basis. This method is particularly useful when high strengths are required, there is a need for binder-free materials, or the dimensions must be kept within tight tolerances. In addition, higher quantities can be produced than with the casting process.
Examples are:
- Atomization platelets for metallic pigment powder
- Isolators
- Tension bricks for coils of induction furnaces
Special products:
In some cases special solutions are needed.
